Undefined in Activity section since redesign

likewise for me, the activity used to be my go to "entertain me" source
It's taking longer to get to this than hoped, and I apologize, but the functionality is all right here still:

I'm not sure that does what I expect, although maybe the functionality that I recall from the pre-redesign activity section is gone.
There used to be a way to see when my comments had been replied to and jump directly to the reply. That page just has links to the threads, as far as I can tell, and it's up to me to dig through there and see if someone replied to me.
Or am I missing something?
Ah, sorry, misunderstood. That functionality was only on the old mobile version of the site, never worked on desktop, and you're right, there is no way to see that from the front page right now. You have to use the forum for it, where of course that all works.
That's not a 'bug' in terms of something being broken. We do intend to bring it back as part of a bigger overhaul of the front page comments. But that's a whole other project, not related to the redesign.
There's a longer explanation, but the short version is that having the site split between two entirely separate mobile/desktop codebases means to some things changed when we merged it all. The intent was not to take anything away. I see the value of having those notifications exist on the front page interface.
I use them all the time myself, but I just have coming to the forum as part of my routine for it all.
Me too -- I still see undefined 80-90% of the time on the first visit of the day.

I don't know why some people see it and others don't, but we're overhauling the entire comment section, so hopefully that addresses it.
